  • 2003

    Started the Business of Mergers and Acquisitions.

  • 2005

    Registered ourselves as Category 1 Merchant Banker

  • 2006

    Closed a first Milestone deal under the newly formed Private Equity Division

  • 2007

    Started the Merchant Banking Division by filing the First IPO on Main Board

  • 2009

    Started advisory on FCCB / ADR / GDR subscription and started the Corporate Advisory Division

    Received Permanent Registered License as a Category 1 Merchant Banker

    Filed the First IPO in the SME Sector after the exchange opened in 2013.
